Step Forward calls it a day

My 8 year liasion with great Dance Band "Step Forward" finally came to an end recently. After so many years, gigs and good times it was no easy task to pack up the band gear for that last time. It was though a great experience but I guess all things come to an end eventually - lets face it, nothing lasts forever.

So where are we all now? Well, Rob has hung his Bass up for a little while and is currently spending some time in Port Hedland, WA - attending to other work committments. Bruce packed up his guitar and escaped off to Rockhampton and is working in a local Country Band with his wife Carolyn and two others, (no high pressure stuff though he tells me - this is just for fun!). Phil has joined a smaller outfit, a three piece Rock'n Roll cover band with an old mate, Chris Orr, Joe is having fun being a new dad for a while and intends on getting back into the scene with a Duo in the near future and I'm now concentrating on my Solo and Duo work and also having a ball singing in a great Bluegrass Band.
